EXPLORERS WEEK INFORMATION
Is your child ready to trade screen time for sunshine and discover their inner adventurer? Lamoka’s Explorers is our newest week, offering an immersive outdoor experience and education camp designed specifically for curious minds ages 7–12. The camp provides a safe and exciting environment where young explorers can build confidence, make lifelong friends, and master the essential skills of the great outdoors, including knot tying, fire building, plant identification, canoeing, and much more! The goal of this week is ultimately to give young people a better appreciation for God’s amazing creation. Campers will get a unique button for each skill they are taught, allowing them to collect buttons as a keepsake and reminder of each. If your child loves to be outside and enjoys learning about both nature and outdoor skills, this is the week for them!
The Schedule includes: 2 chapels a day, 3 meals a day (a salad bar is available at both lunch and dinner), group activity times, swimming time, free time, and ample time with our wilderness experts who will help them appreciate and understand the outdoors and wilderness in new and exciting ways.
