Amenities, Services, & Picture Gallery
We are happy to provide you with the following services/amenities:
Comprehensive Childcare & Youth Programs
Professional Nursery (Ages 0–6): Enjoy peace of mind during our Chapel sessions. We offer a dedicated Infant Nursery (0–3) and a Pre-Primary Nursery (3–6), both fully stocked with essentials like snacks and diapers. Your little ones will be in the expert hands of experienced adult staff members.
Children’s Chapel: During most Chapel sessions, kids are invited to a high-energy time of learning and play. Children join the family for singing and are then dismissed to their own program; they can be picked up at the flagpole immediately following the service.
Parents’ Relaxation Hours: We provide dedicated childcare for ages 0–6 at scheduled times throughout the day, specifically designed to give parents a well-deserved break to recharge.
Health & Safety
Certified Care: Your family’s safety is our priority. We have certified First Aid and CPR personnel on-site 24/7 to assist with any medical needs.
Dietary Accommodations: Our kitchen team is happy to accommodate food allergies or specific dietary restrictions. Please contact our office in advance so we can prepare a delicious menu that works for your family.
Convenience & Connectivity
Stay Connected: While we encourage unplugging, free Wi-Fi is available across most of the campus for your convenience.
Laundry Services: Keep your gear fresh throughout the week. Our laundry facilities are located near the kitchen; simply see any staff member for access and assistance.
The “Family Camp” Experience
Personal Staffer: We assign a staff member to each of our families in attendance. This staff member will check on their family each day to make sure we are doing everything we can to provide a relaxing, refreshing, and wonderful experience for everyone.
Curated Activities: From sunup to sundown, we host a variety of family-oriented activities designed to help you bond, relax, and create lasting memories together.
Early Arrival Add-On: We do allow families to arrive early on Sunday afternoons/evenings. This option is available for a non-refundable fee of $100. If you would like to arrive early, please indicate this on your registration or by calling our office at least two weeks before you arrive for your week of camp.
Pet & AC Fee & Policy – If you are going to bring your pet or a portable AC unit, please contact our office to notify us. A fee of $75 per pet and $75 for AC units will be charged. Pets are to be kept on leashes and under control while on campus. Pets are not allowed inside buildings (chapel, dining hall, craft barn, etc.) other than your family’s cabin. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet’s waste. (Please put your pet’s waste in a plastic bag and dispose of it in the dumpster.) We reserve the right to refuse pets or AC units.
Large Family Cost Discount/Cap: In 2026-2027, immediate families will only pay up to $1,400. This applies to single cabins/lodgings and immediate family only (parents and children in a single family). This cap changes yearly and may not be the same in future years. Please contact us or visit this page in the future to see any changes that may occur.
